Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the reception desk, ensuring the area is kept welcoming for customers, visitors and employees
Meeting and greeting of internal and external clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering and handling all internal and external telephone calls in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
Ordering and receiving of couriers and deliveries
Distribution of daily incoming post, franking of daily outgoing post.

Office Administration

Responsibility for establishing and maintaining administrative systems and ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a day to day basis including meetings and events
Stock controlling, ordering and storing of stationary, office, kitchen supplies and sundries
Proactively manage our suppliers for office facilities, cleaning and building services, dealing with any repairs etc
Managing and reconciling company’s parking spaces
Managing company’s mobile phones
Working with the external IT support in the management of related office equipment
Support company internal communication
Administrational and operational support to all departments
Making sure the franking machine is operational and has sufficient credit
Stock management of First Aid kits
Proactively assist with H&S risk assessment
